Professor Robert Evans, Chair to the Department of Economics, Business and Accounting,and Associate Professor of Political Science at Rockford College, will give Rockford College’s annual lecture to honor and commemorate the ratification of our federal Constitution. Professor Evans earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University and M.A., from Northern Illinois University
