Spring 2013 Faith-Based Leadership Certificate Program

Facilities Management – Beyond Buildings and Grounds

Facilities are the sacred, but often underfunded, spaces of any faith-based organization.  Focus will be given to management and preventative maintenance of buildings, cemeteries/sacred grounds, parking lots, etc. and address issues of safety and security, information technology, audio visual, food service, scheduling/rental, and risk management.  This course will draw on the experience of a panel of local faith-based facilities managers.
