Fall 2012 Leadership Certificate Program TREASURY: Financial management for the nonprofit sector. Participants will learn fundamental financial concepts and terms, basic elements of financial statements including the balance sheet, operating statement and cash flow, the accounting cycle and budgeting concepts. The course also covers the independent audit process, the significance of the new 990 form and recommended nonprofit best practices. Instructor: Jon Bates
