Q&A with Sunil Puri
If you are curious about what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur, then come to the Q&A session with Sunil Puri on April 23rd from Noon to 2:00 pm in Room 122 of the 5100 Building of Rockford College. Sunil Puri was born in Bombay, India in 1960. He immigrated to the United States in 1979 to attend Rockford College, where he graduated in 1982 with a B.S. in Accounting. He pursued further graduate work at Rockford College and London Business School. He continues to pursue his advanced level of education at Harvard Business School. Mr. Puri co-founded the real estate development firm the First Rockford Group, Inc. in 1984. He is president and sole owner of the organization today. Sunil has developed projects valued in excess of $800 million. Mr. Puri lives in Rockford where he serves on several boards, including the Rockford College Board of Trustees. He is currently involved in finance committee and Indian-American relations with the Obama Administration.
