It’s practical. The Graduate Certificate program is an advanced-level business series for professionals who want stronger business skills, but aren’t necessarily thinking MBA. It’s comprised of five of our core MBA courses, each designed to build and improve upon your basic business skills. Classes are kept small to allow you to share with other students and learn from their management experiences.
The Graduate Certificate courses are: Legal Environment of Business, Management and Leadership Theory and Practice, Marketing, Organizational Communication and one MBA elective of your choice.
It’s convenient. Courses are scheduled with the needs of working professionals in mind. All are offered at least twice a year and run for 15-16 weeks in the fall and spring and for eight weeks in the summer. You could complete your Graduate Certificate in Business Administration in as little as one year.
It's surprisingly affordable. The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration offers you a series of graduate-level business courses for less than you would expect to pay for a couple of week-long seminars.
The benefits. If you own your own business, you’ll run it more effectively. If you work for someone else, you’ll be a more valuable employee. And if you happen to fall in love with the program, all your certificate credits will apply toward earning your MBA at Rockford University.
