Not only can you and your family see the campus, but you will also have access to your Admission Counselor who can help you through every step of the Admission process – from answering any questions you may have to helping you apply that very same day. In addition, your application fee will be waived when you fill out an application during Visit Day.
Once you've confirmed your Visit Day spot, here's how you will spend your time with us:
Registration will be held Blanche Walker Burpee Center. Park in Lot A and follow the sidewalk to the Burpee Center. Staff members from Admissions will be there to welcome you and get you checked in for the day's events.Academic Fair.
Trying to decide what major you are interested in? Talk with the faculty one-on-one and they will share the 'ins and outs' of their academic specialty. Take this chance to get to know our faculty members and see how dedicated they are to creating the optimal experience for you

You’ll find that Rockford has ample parking. We think it’s best to park in Lot A - the large parking lot to the east of the main university road after you enter the campus from Business 20/East State Street

We invite prospective students to stay overnight in a residence hall. You’ll meet other students and get a feel for what life at
Rockford is really like. To make arrangements, contact the Office of Admission. Or we invite you to stay at one of the area hotels.
