Welcome to our Community!
We are pleased to welcome you to residential living at Rockford College. Residential living provides students with unlimited opportunities to live and grow during college outside of the classroom. Interacting with peers, assuming responsibility for individual and community standards, and creating a living space that is your own are all benefits of living on-campus.

Between studying, getting involved in student organizations, participating in community service and volunteering, most Rockford students are active and engaged in their community. Residential living adds to your college experience by providing you with an opportunity to do all of these things while living in an active, vibrant community with your peers.

Each Rockford College residence hall provides a community learning-living environment that is as unique as the students that live there. Here are some features common to our residence halls:

"Residence Life at Rockford College seeks to foster a strong community living environment that is conducive to academic success. By emphasizing, through our programs and services, that learning continues outside the classroom we look to develop engaged citizens that will carry on the mission of Rockford College. Through consistency in our actions we inspire strong relationships between staff and students that are grounded in mutual support, respect and personal responsibility.

Residence Life Hours and Location
The Office of Residence Life is located on the 2nd floor of Nelson Hall. The Office of Residence Life hours are listed below, but do vary with campus vacation periods, holidays, and special events.
