The Rockford College Family Business Center (RCFBC) is designed specifically to focus on the challenges faced by family businesses. The RCFBC is a partnership between the Rockford College Department of Economics, Business, & Accounting, quality RCFBC sponsoring organizations, and family-owned businesses located in the Rock River Valley.
To provide members of family-owned businesses with opportunities to secure support services, networking opportunities, training, and resources that will promote the success of their firms.

The RCFBC is currently seeking sponsors who believe that family-owned businesses are the heart and soul of a community and provide the best opportunity for long-run economic growth in a community. Sponsors will have the unique opportunity to help develop and strengthen family businesses in the Rock River Valley. Only one organization from any business service area will participate as a sponsor. Participation on the RCFBC Advisory Board and recognition at all RCFBC events and in all RCFBC publications are also sponsor benefits. Currently, the Center is seeking sponsors who will commit to support the Center for two years for an annual fee of $5,000.
