English as a Second Language Program Application
Please complete the application below for enrollment into the ESL program and click the submit button to send. Mail or fax Financial Certification (A current personal or family bank statement or payment guarantee from your government, company, U.S. sponsor, or agent covering the full amount of the program fees.) along with the U.S. $125 non-refundable Program Application Fee as specified on the application information page. Students requesting housing assistance: please add U.S. $125 non-refundable Housing Application Fee.
