The Rockford University Art Gallery provides a varied series of art exhibitions and related programming in support of the Department of Art and Art History and as an important educational and cultural resource for the campus and community. The Gallery is located in the Clark Arts Center, the locus of the University’s Department of Art and Art History.

Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays we are closed.
Admission is free.  Appetizers and refreshments provided at all gallery receptions.

Jeremy Long, born 1971 in Chicago, Illinois, is an American painter who is an exponent of the Figurative movement in painting – specifically Post Abstract Figuration. This solo exhibition includes several of the artist’s recent large-scale figure paintings depicting genre scenes.
Jeremy Long is Assistant Professor of Art at Wright State University - College of Liberal Arts, Dayton, Ohio.

Senior Thesis ExhibitOpen in a New Window

Annual exhibition featuring the works of graduating Rockford University Art majors.  May 2 through 18, 2014.

Gallery opening reception: Friday, May 2, 2014, 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

The Senior Thesis Exhibit will be open for public viewings Monday - Thursday, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
